Our Strategy
We are investing in under-saturated markets with undervalued properties. The goal is to find needles in a haystack - not crabs in a bucket.
Purchase and launch of an average Airbnb can cost north of $100k - we allow investors to participate with us for half that amount.
Homes Under $250k
It's a big country out there. We target properties no more than $250k. Returns are only as good as the initial cost to purchase.
